In the preparation phase we record the requirements for realization. We map the desired analyses, reports and the most important queries, estimate the costs, and list the most important benefits. We translate the needs into a functional design that serves as a basis for development.
After the first subtopic has been approved by the stakeholders, our data warehouse architect gets to work drawing up the architecture and designing the data model. Our developer will then start building the necessary logic, developing the star schemas and data marts.
