Gerard is a real “people” manager. A good atmosphere and pleasant cooperation are his top priority. Within Growteq he is responsible for HR processes and is also team leader of the Data & BI team. In that role he is the link between the customer and our BI consultants. Translates customer needs into a suitable project approach, so that timely delivery to our customer is guaranteed.
